Automatic building mesh welding machine

*The main equipment control area is concentrated in the main cabinet. The operation interface is composed of touch screen and keys. The welding speed and mesh can be adjusted by inputting the data you want.

*Weft yarn blanking is controlled by stepping motor. The blanking is accurate and equipped with corresponding steel bar straightening and cutting equipment.

*The upper column head and the lower pole block for welding are all equipped with high copper complex, which have good conductivity and durability.

*Welding transformer uses high efficiency transformer, adjustable range is extended to eight levels, and machine practical range is expanded.

*The machine adopts the technology of gantry resistance row welding machine, which synchronously controls the welding frequency, presses once and welds in stages. The welding time is very short and the welding is completed instantaneously.

Application

The ground heating mesh produced by welded wire mesh machine plays a key role in the geothermal engineering.
